Once you complete your order at the checkout of the eshop, it is automatically sent for processing and can not be canceled. If for any reason you change your mind, contact us as soon as possible via email at info@froufrou-stories.gr to serve you.
According to the Consumer Contracts Regulation, you can return the products within 14 days of receiving them. The shipping costs of the returns will be borne by the consumer and the refund will be made immediately upon receipt of the products by Frou-frou Stories, using the same payment method used during their initial purchase. A necessary condition for accepting the return is that the products are in their original condition and packaging, without being opened or used.
Products that are not returned for hygiene reasons are earrings. By purchasing products of the specific category, the consumer is deprived of the right of withdrawal and no longer has the right to return them, since for reasons of hygiene they cannot be given to another customer.
